What to Think About Before You Hit ‘Send’ – NYTimes.com.

A great article forwarded to me about email etiquette that leaves me much to ponder on improving my own use of email including considering:

–  limiting each email to one topic

– whether the  checking/cleaning out of email is a procrastination technique or an obsession with the next new thing (guilty as charged),  and

– before  sending an email, whether  we would do so if it cost the price of a stamp to do so? (which is now 61 cents in Canada).
