- Listen more than you talk

The Don’ts of conversation:
- Don’t interrupt (including by saying “That reminds me…”)
- Don’t engage in one-upping
Things not to say:
“Actually, you should say ‘between you and me,” not ‘between you and I.’” A conversation isn’t the time to correct grammar mistakes.
